half-way through the walk...still happy!Clara and I went on a new adventure the other day - on a Riverwalk! Clara just loves the river - I think she really likes saying "river" and, of course, all the ducks and geese that hang out there. We ended up walking for an hour which, for Clara, was a Very Long Time. But, she was a real trooper and got DQ at the end of it all.

I stopped preparing dinner to go check on Clara - she had been Very Quiet for quite a while. Turns out, she was playing with her beads and was So Pleased I caught her!
My mom saved the Cabbage Patch Kids (and all the 1980's doll clothes! check out the stirups!) from when I was little and Clara is getting quite attached to them! They have been naked babies for months now, but a new favorite game is picking out outfits for the babies to wear.
