ahhhhh, miami

I have been so aware of the sweetness of my life these last few weeks; there has been a slowness and a tenderness to my days that can only come from heaven above. I literally feel like my days are bursting with grace and love, utter abundance. God is tuning my heart to Him, to others, to the joy or resting in the life that He has graciously bestowed upon me. Such joy, friends, and it all comes from Him.

Miami is a treasure - I Love it here. I hope I can stay here forever and ever. :) Our transition has been smooth, especially considering the haste and yuck with which we left our home in Chicago. God's provision has been nothing short of miraculous and He is giving me a heart to see His work, big and small, in our life. He has brought us to a church home - the only church we even looked at (reminiscent of how He brought us to MBC, no?) - that makes my heart sing. It is a 10 month old church plant of Harvest Bible Chapel and there is such a transparency, praise and passion in the hearts of the people in that place. It is most exciting, often times challenging, and inspiring body to be included in. I feel deeply privileged to have been brought to this new church home.

Here are a few pics of the kidlets from when we first arrived - they're bigger and (much) tanner now. Even Harry has a bit of a farmer's tan going on, despite my best efforts.

Hopefully there'll be more from the Frisco Homefront soon. Love you all!
