Yesterday, Clara did something that was so sweet I seriously almost started crying - how lame am I? It was cool like when she first started smiling cool. We were hanging out on the lawn together on a blanket - one of our Favorite pastimes. I decided to lay down and look at the sky and Clara, just as sweet as can be, crawled over and rolled herself right on next to me. I, of course, crawl on over to an other part of the blanket and Clara does in again! Over and over and over! She just crawled and rolled herself on top of me. And she'd lay in the crook of my arm and we'd point to things. And she tried climbing on me, resting her little head on my tummy. Seriously, the sweetest thing.
One other super sweet thing that she has started to do is feed us. I had torn up some bread on her tray and she, very deliberately and joyfully, sticks it in my mouth. She is just So Happy when I eat what she's offered. She also likes to "clink" her food with ours. Like, if she's eating a graham cracker she likes to touch it to whatever we're eating. So cute! And, what amazes me is that we can do it again and again and again and it still delights just as much as the first time!
Right now she's laying on the floor swooshing her head from side to side and smiling.

Katie- this is a super sweet story. Sounds like you two are best buds. Taylor also likes to place food in our mouths and giggles when we show her that we ate it. So much fun!!
