Helpin' with the gingerbread house
Just about every year since Mike and I've been together at Christmas, we've made a Gingerbread House. It's becoming our first Tradition. I bake, Mike constructs, we decorate with whoever's here. (As I was looking for templates this year, I found several by Bob Vila - the This Old House guy, you know? Quite Fancy; maybe with a little more practice, we'll try one of his!) Clara helped by holding candy, and contributing to the placement of some peppermint. Grammie and GPD pitched in on the final product as well.
