Fun at the Pool

Clara and I joined a local pool recently. My favorite memories of childhood involve spending all day at the pool so, I thought Clara might like it, too! There's a great big zero depth pool with fountains and slides and water-sprayers. It's perfect for Clara and she Loves it. We took Mike over the weekend and Clara litterally spent 40 minutes chin deep saying "Jumping" and then jumping up and down in the water. She'd lose her footing and go under, but seemed fine about it all. This pool also has Sandcastle Beach - a ginormous sandbox of sorts. Pretty cool stuff.

Clara loves to walk in the moats of the castles the big kids build - they can be pretty elaborate and take a while to get through

Doesn't she look like such a Big Girl? Clara will now say "I Big girl" over and over, totally unpromted. So cute.

And, this is how I knew it was time to go home...
